We provide mail out service using Canada Post and service of your choice on any credit card orders. Shipping charges are covered by the customer.

Return Policy
Refunds or Exchanges of regular price merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. We require the receipt, as proof of purchase, and merchandise has to be returned with the originally sealed package.
All discounted merchandise is final sale. Customer Appreciation Program
Ten stamps on your customer appreciation card gets you $10 off your next purchase. Donation Program Laugh'N'Learn Toy Shop believes in being a good neighbor by supporting the organizations in our area. That's why we have developed our "Laugh'N'Learn Donation Program" to assist in your fund raising efforts. Here's how our Donation Program works: We will work with you to select a date (typically a Saturday) for your group to participate in the program. We will donate 10% of your group's total purchases at Laugh'N'Learn-- cumulated over the selected date -- back to your group. All you have to do is publicize this event to your group. We will supply you with printed cards, with your organization's name on them, that you will give to each of your group's members. Your group members will be asked to present the card to our sales associates when making a purchase at our store. The cards will be used to identify and track your group's purchases. In addition, your group members will personally get 10% off at the tire of purchase!
